We have pressure washed 5-story stairwells, parking garages, parking lots, building exteriors, building interiors, and done graffiti removal on construction sites.
We have gotten calls to clean heavy equipment all over the city. We’ve had calls to clean up the hydraulic and oil spills from them and to remove the tire marks the forklifts and skid loaders leave behind. There just are not that many pressure washing companies that can do this kind of work and provide the necessary water recovery.
Last week we got a call to pressure wash a three-story building that had recently been completed. It was a condominium complex and some of the units were already occupied.

Trying to get everyone on board when you’re doing work at an apartment complex or for an HOA can be challenging. Some people might be out of town, didn’t get or read the message to move their cars, or simply forgot when they left for work that day.

So when we arrived, we found some cars that didn’t get moved and would get splattered when we did the cleaning. Since this isn’t our first rodeo, we came prepared. We covered the cars in plastic and went about our business. The construction manager was happy that he could continue with the project.
