Our Busiest Quarter Ever!

Wow, what a ride! The last quarter, our pressure washing service has been so busy we don’t know which way is up.
We washed a 190,000 square foot manufacturing complex with four 30-foot tall buildings. They were prepping the whole complex for paint and needed someone to wash the exterior. Since this business is ISO certified, they are well aware of the EPA regulations regarding water recovery and wanted someone who could capture all the wash water and dispose of it properly. We were there for almost four weeks on this job.
We washed the sidewalks, removed paint from the patio, and de-greased the kitchen area for the Chi Omega fraternity’s 100 year old building in Boulder. They had used other pressure washing companies in the past and weren’t happy with the service they got.
Our parking garage cleaning was needed at the Wells Fargo building in downtown Denver to prepare the surface to be striped. This 12-story parking garage took a few weekends to get clean since the days were so short.
Our flatbeds are essential to clean a parking garage this size. We had one of our pressure washing service trucks drive all the way to the top while one of our box trucks parked on the ground level and did as much as they could reach from there.
We cleaned four Home Depot stores around the Denver metro area. They needed to be cleaned after the stores were closed so we were fortunate to have temperatures warm enough to do the job without freezing everything up.
Along with the other calls for graffiti removal, we got a call for a small tag on someone’s garage in downtown Denver. Since it was a stucco surface, you have to be careful so you don’t blow a hole by using too much pressure.
When one of our managers who had been with us for quite a few years decided to go drive heavy equipment, it became apparent that the other one needed to leave as well. Some people get set in their ways and can’t change to keep up with the times.
We also brought in a new mechanic with more than 30 years experience. He worked on heavy equipment at the Henderson Mine and then spent a number of years working at car dealerships around Denver. He can rebuild engines, pumps, burners and anything else we need done. He says he could fix the space shuttle if he had too!. He will save us a ton of money in repairs.
So we’re adding equipment to ramp up for the spring rush. We expect to be even busier then.
So if you need a pressure washing service you can count on, give us a call.
Pressure Washing is Not a Game (or is it?)
Recently, we set up a profile on BlueSky, one of the latest social media apps vying to become the next Twitter (now known as X). I started searching around the site for other pressure washing companies to see what they're doing on the app but didn't find many, which...
Celebrating Armando: 20 Years of Service at Wash On Wheels
