And even though they posted a notice ahead of time about the schedule for the parking garage cleaning, there are always a few cars that don’t get moved out of the way. Either the car is broken down and can’t be driven or the tenant is out of town, or something came up.

So we’re always prepared to do the best job possible while washing around the cars in the way. We can usually do a pretty good job of getting underneath the car – unless we’re doing more than a rinse.

But if our client asked for a deep clean on their parking garage cleaning, it’s impossible to do a good job under the car.

We’ve had instances where the property manager had the car towed so we could get the whole parking garage cleaning done at one time.

If water recovery is required – and coming back to wash that one spot would be very time consuming because of it – we just do the best we can.

Sometimes the scheduling can’t be changed and the property manager doesn’t want to tow the car away. Then we just do the best job possible.

Fortunately – since we wash thousands of cars every week and do auto detailing as well – it’s not a problem for us to make sure the car isn’t left dirty. We don’t want to cause any additional problems for the property manager or HOA president.

We go out of our way to make things as easy as possible for our clients – whether its parking garage cleaning or any other kind of job.
