Graffiti Removal On Blond Brick Commercial Building
A property manager called us for graffiti removal on a building she managed.
And when we got there, it was obvious the building had been tagged many times before. Some of the graffiti removal had been done well enough that only tiny flecks of color remained. And some of it had been done so poorly that a huge shadow showed where the tag had been.
Many times, removing the shadow takes a different material than the one used for the rest of the graffiti removal. And blond brick with deep crevices is one of the most difficult surfaces to get clean with only one application.
The paint can go deep into the little tiny cracks in the brick and the graffiti removal material won’t touch it. So anything remaining stands out like a sore thumb on the light colored surface.
We explained to her when she called us that it might take two different applications to remove all the shadows. She had never heard of that before since none of the other companies she had used offered that extra step. This was obvious from the remaining shadows mentioned before.
So after we had one of our crews do the graffiti removal, she met one of our managers at the building location to see what it looked like. And after she looked it over, she decided our procedure was good enough that she didn’t need the next step.
We could see there were still some tiny flecks remaining, but with the shadows from the previous attempts at graffiti removal, it was understandable that she didn’t want to spend the money. Our work already looked better than the other places.
We don’t spend any more of our clients money than we have to on things like this. But we have the ability to get it cleaner than other companies if you need it.
So if you have need graffiti removal, call a company that gives you options and always tries to stay within your budget.
