Amateur Graffiti Removal Destroys Brick Wall
An insurance adjuster called us about a problem with graffiti removal a few weeks ago.
He wanted to meet a graffiti removal expert at a building in north Denver that had been damaged recently.
One of our managers met him at the building to to see if we could help. What he found was some of the worst damage we’ve seen in quite a few years.
It was obvious that whoever did the graffiti removal was damaging the building when they did it. You have to wonder why they didn’t stop.
What is even more difficult to understand is why the large company they work for sent them out. Do they not give any training in pressure washing and graffiti removal before they send someone on a job?
Surely this company understands the potential for damaging brick – or whatever surface – with a pressure washer. You can cut concrete with a commercial pressure washer!
This damage will cost thousands of dollars to fix. You can’t tear a brick wall apart and repair it for a hundred bucks.
Every company makes mistakes and most stand behind their work. But this is more than a little mistake.
I’m hoping the possibility of a lawsuit from the insurance company will be a wake up call for this company. They have been around long enough to know better.
If you’re looking for a Denver graffiti removal service – buyer beware!
