I’m writing this letter to express my appreciation for the way Wash On Wheels handled a difficult situation. I had them pressure wash the outside of a house I had just purchased, but their crew that did the job accidentally removed stain from our garage doors and a few other areas. When this happened, I was out of the country and my wife had to call them to let them know what had happened.
From the beginning, the manager my wife spoke to responded to her concerns with consideration and professionalism. They arranged to get a quote from a painting and staining company and we did the same. After comparing bids, Wash On Wheels agreed to write us a check for the actual amount of the bids that were given. They even hand delivered the check so we didn’t have to wait for it.
I am very impressed with the way Wash On Wheels responded to the situation and took care of it for us. Even though the job was only worth $225 to them, they put extra effort into maintaining communication with us as soon as they knew there was an issue and through the whole process of finding a solution for us – a solution that cost them $700.
Although their crew made a mistake, I have every confidence in Wash On Wheels to do a good job and stand behind their work 100%. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with pressure washing needs.

A few weeks ago, our grease trap overflowed and made a huge mess in the parking lot. We called Wash On Wheels and they had the greasy, smelly mess cleaned and vacuumed into their recovery tank before our dinner rush started.

I recently had my garage floor professionally finished with a high-grade epoxy coating.
I then had fluid leaks repaired on both my vehicles to avoid drips and stains on the new floor. However, a mix of dirt and previously leaked fluids remained caked under both cars. Engine heat would often cause this mess to soften and drip on the new floor.
To solve this problem, I had your company pressure-clean the engine and underside of one of the vehicles a few months ago and returned to have the second car cleaned about two weeks ago.
On both occasions, your service manager, who did the cleaning, went out of his way to be sure I was happy with the job he was doing. After cleaning each section, he would ask me to inspect it to see if it was done to my satisfaction. He was truly concerned that the job be done exactly how I wanted it and was as pleasant and courteous as anyone I have dealt with in recent memory.
I doubt I have written three recommendation letters in my life. But the level of service I received at your company deserves recognition, especially in today’s environment of mediocre service and business practices.

In August, 2008, one of our clients at a water treatment plant in California told us they were getting rust on our stainless steel tanks. They thought there was something wrong with our tanks.
After many hours of investigating and discussion, we agreed to have someone clean the rust off so we could keep an eye on how things progressed.
We called Wash On Wheels since they had done a great job for us on other jobs in the past. Their president, Joel Shorey, and service manager, TC Dominguez, came out and ran tests at our plant in Golden. We decided TC should go to California to determine the cause of the rust and the best way to clean it.
When TC arrived at the jobsite in California, he quickly discovered the problem wasn’t rust; it was a combination of calcium and algae. He cleaned the tanks and showed our client the real cause.
Wash On Wheels saved us a lot of potential headaches by discovering the real problem. TC was outstanding in helping us convince our clients that the cause was their water, not our tanks.
Wash On Wheels is more than just a great cleaning company and I highly recommend their services.

Last fall, I took my boat to have some repair work done. When I got it back, it was filthy from sitting outside without the cover on, there were greasy hand prints on the inside of the boat, and it had three inches of standing water in the lower cabin.

On Thursday, July 24th, Wash On Wheels sent a different crew and they arrived very early. By the time I got to work they had already washed most of our cars.
We have an agreement that they check with our managers before washing so we can decide if we need just the front line, a full deluxe, etc. That day I didn’t want to wash because there was a good chance of rain, and it did rain later.
The next week the regular crew arrived and I told the Team Leader what happened. He called the office and one of their Quality Managers arrived in just a few minutes. He said since they didn’t follow our directions, they wouldn’t charge us.
This is exactly the kind of service that keeps me loyal to Wash On Wheels instead of the cheaper one-man shows that keep knocking on my door.
I know all wash companies – including Wash On Wheels – make an occasional mistake.
But none of those little companies stand behind their work and take care of us the way Wash On Wheels does.

Several years ago our church was tagged with graffiti and someone else tried to clean it up. After spending one day on it they not only didn’t get the graffiti off but they also damaged the brick and mortar under the graffiti.
Our church was tagged again last week with graffiti and, hoping to avoid further damage to the building, I had Wash On Wheels out to see what they could do. I was very impressed with the results. They were able to wash all the graffiti off of the brick, wood and glass without causing any damage and they were finished within one hour instead of one day.

He asked what they had missed, and when was the best time to rewash our cars. I told him Monday was fine. Later Saturday morning, he came and looked over the cars and said they would rewash all the cars on the lot, not just touch up those they missed. They were here first thing Monday and the Quality Manager made sure I was happy with the rewash.

- Normally customers write letters that are not complimentary. They are dissatisfied with the service they have recieved from a company or organization. Rarely do you receive a positive letter regarding service. I would like to put into writing some comments regarding Josh Palm. Recently he power washed our decks. We had not done them in the eight years we had lived in the house. The trex badly needed a good cleaning. I inquired if any of the neighbors had had this done, and one said yes, but they would not recommend the company. The job was not satisfactory and they were charged a very high price. I began calling from the phone book and chose you.Josh cheerfully arrived on time with all the equipment he needed. I asked if I could assist him and he said he was just fine by himself.
- He promptly went to work carefully placing the hoses on the deck, protecting the railings as he did this. He moved all of the deck furniture and replaced each piece right where it belonged. He completed his work by cleaning under the deck. There was no debris left underneath from the power wash. His entire work area was spotless when he left.
Josh has a positive work attitude. He is efficient, and thorough in his explanation of the process. He is courteous and has a delightful disposition. He should be commended on his abilities, and recognized as a valuable asset to your company.
