Parking Garage Cleaning For A Condo Association 01

Removing Parking Garage Staining

Oil stains, dirt, tire marks and spills are common causes of parking garage staining. Usually the problem is due to grease, rust, paint or oil from cars. And a clean parking lot can raise the value of your property and make your business or place of residence look more attractive. Keeping a parking garage clean and approachable also helps ensure that your business is in line with EPA standards and stays free of any fines due to ever stricter laws.

Removing parking garage staining is not an easy task, but the good news is there is professional help out there. Our company can get out even the toughest stains by pressure washing and using medium to deep cleaning methods.

Different Levels of Parking Garage Pressure Washing

We offer three different levels of cleaning

We offer three different methods when we clean parking garages, depending on what our clients need and their budget allows. We start off with a rinse, which removes the dirt and debris. A medium clean includes treating spots with degreaser. And a deep clean includes not only treating spots, but going inch by inch across the entire surface. At each level, different pressures and/or materials are used to treat problem areas and high or low levels of dirt and sediment.

When there’s a large build up of sediment or debris, using a fire hose is often an effective way to remove the sludge. A deep clean takes longer due to the close proximity of the wand to the floor, but it’s well worth the end result of a superior clean.

Using spot cleaning, commercial hot water pressure washers, and pre-treating oil stains with de-greaser, we can get out just about any stain or spill on concrete. But keep in mind, concrete is very porous, like a hard sponge – and we can only clean the top surface. If the oil or grease stains have been there long enough to have soaked deep into the concrete, the stains can be lightened but not removed completely.

One of the issues with cleaning parking garage staining is clogged drains. Our company will take great care to make sure that no drains are clogged in the cleaning process. We make sure all water issues are addressed before cleaning, as well as having the proper permits for fire hydrant use and wastewater disposal. In the end, taking care of your garage, avoiding harsh chemicals, and keeping the floors well maintained will ensure that your property will retain its appearance and value for years to come.
