A medium clean includes treating spots with degreaser. And a deep clean includes not only treating spots, but going inch by inch across the entire surface. At each level, different pressures and/or materials are used to treat problem areas and high or low levels of dirt and sediment.
When there’s a large build up of sediment or debris, using a fire hose is often an effective way to remove the sludge. A deep clean takes longer due to the close proximity of the wand to the floor, but it’s well worth the end result of a superior clean.
Using spot cleaning, commercial hot water pressure washers, and pre-treating oil stains with de-greaser, we can get out just about any stain or spill on concrete.But keep in mind, concrete is very porous, like a hard sponge – and we can only clean the top surface. If the oil or grease stains have been there long enough to have soaked deep into the concrete, the stains can be lightened but not removed completely.
