It was only a matter of time before we got a call for pressure washing a Denver marijuana grow warehouse.
After all, it is a growth industry. (Feeble attempt at humor!)
Many of the smaller warehouses around Denver have been converted to growing marijuana. Colorado’s short growing season makes inside facilities a necessity.
You can easily tell which buildings have been converted to a grow warehouse by the shiny new electrical boxes out back. Growing plants inside requires new lighting, fans, and heat in most cases and the electrical consumption is much higher than a typical warehouse.
The warehouse we cleaned had gotten pretty musty smelling and the owners wanted it cleaned up. We washed the walls and floor to get off as much as possible within the budget they wanted to spend.
This warehouse was split into two rooms with multiple lights and fans. Since we were pressure washing, we had to turn off all the electrical circuits so we didn’t blow the breakers. We used lamps plugged in outside the rooms to provide the light to see what we were cleaning.
While this is our first job pressure washing a marijuana growing warehouse, we have cleaned many other warehouses over the years.
So if you need experienced warehouse cleaning or other building interior cleaning, give us a call.
