Truck Washing Should Include Interiors When Needed

We’ve all seen the commercials on TV for pickup trucks.  Whether it’s Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Toyota or Nissan, they always show the truck being used for heavy duty applications.  Some commercials focus on the fun side of owning a truck – like driving at high speed through a field of snow. Other commercials focus on the business side.

They like showing how much the truck can tow or haul as it drives across a muddy construction site riddled with potholes.  These commercials play on the machismo of their target audience. Most of us would never treat a new truck like they do in the commercial, but we like to think we could if we really wanted to.

However, there are some companies whose vehicles truly get used like that on a regular basis.  One company uses their pickup trucks to pull trailers full of equipment to perform geological sampling and analysis at oil field sites.

These trucks are often driven to undeveloped remote locations throughout Colorado.  They pull their equipment trailers through fields that are often rough and muddy.  As a result, these trucks and trailers need a truck washing service on a regular basis.

Even though these trucks aren’t used for glamourous work, the company still wants to take care of their equipment and keep it in as good condition as possible.  So in addition to truck washing the outside of the units on a frequent basis, they also have the interiors cleaned from time to time. This involves sweeping and vacuuming all the heavy debris and then wiping down the seats and dash and cleaning the windows.  It’s not a full  detail, but it’s enough to keep the interior of the trucks neat, functional and safe for the drivers.  Y8DQUSYAVDVP

So even if you believe the ads on TV and think your truck is meant to be used and abused, if you really want it to last, show it some love and keep your truck washing on a regular schedule.  Not only will keeping it clean make it last longer for you, but it will raise the standards for your competitors and sharpen your image with your customers.

And if your trucks get full of mud or dirt, your guys probably won’t spend their time keeping them shining.

You need a good truck washing service to keep them cleaned up – inside and out – so you don’t have to worry about them getting too trashy.
