Parking Garage Pressure Washing – Four In One Day

We’re still trying to get caught up on all the parking garage pressure washing on our schedule.

With the cold weather we had this spring, many parking garage cleaning jobs were delayed due to cold temperatures. Most property managers and HOA’s want their parking garages cleaned when the winter weather is gone. They don’t want the snow and mud tracked right back in.

We usually start our annual building and garage cleaning in April and May. And it’s rare that we’re still cleaning them in July. But this has been a very different year. And like every other business that works outside, we’re at the mercy of mother nature.

So we had four trucks out pressure washing parking garages on Monday – in addition to all the other work they had scheduled for the day. It can make for a long day for our crews, but also a great paycheck at the end of the week.

For example, we had some masonry repair done on our building – and it took them almost two months to finish. Every time they scheduled the job, it would snow or rain. And we had the same problems scheduling our pressure washing jobs.

So while we like to keep our crews busy, we always try to have some extra capacity to take care of special pressure washing jobs that come up. And while we haven’t been able to pick up all the extra jobs we’ve had calls for, our regular clients still received the service they depend on us for.
