So many times we get calls at Wash On Wheels because a potential customer had another Denver pressure washing company lined up who cancelled at the last moment – or just didn’t show up.  Many of the projects we do are on a specific time frame. Our client needs pressure washing in order for something else to happen – an inspection, the next phase of the project, etc.

For instance, we did a job for a newly built retirement home where the contractor needed all the stamped concrete areas pressure washed so he could have them sealed.  He needed us there on a certain day so he could schedule the sealant to be done the following day before any dirt got tracked back in.  He needed to know he could depend on us to show up when we said we would so he could hold to his schedule and get the property completed on time.

We got a call for last minute pressure washing from a local tv station that was supposed to have their vehicle graphics removed that day because they scheduled new graphics to be installed the next day.  Unfortunately, the company that was supposed to remove the graphics called that morning to say they weren’t going to make it.  They left the tv station in a bind.

When the tv station called us, we couldn’t help them because our trucks were already gone with full schedules for the day. We couldn’t squeeze in any more work – and we don’t say we will be there and then not show up.

That other company messed up royally by not showing up as scheduled.  As a result of not doing so, they lost not just the business of that one news station, but all future business from the graphics company that was scheduled for the following day.  That one mistake could be a fatal error for that small business –  and they earned it!
