A Denver area property manager needed our graffiti removal services last week when some vandals defaced the mailboxes for a large apartment complex.

But this wasn’t the usual kind of graffiti removal job. The tags were the usual type – cuss words sprayed to be as vulgar as possible.

Unfortunately, most vandals are still at that stage of development where they think using filthy language makes them cool. It actually makes them look immature – and everyone else has to deal with their silly outbursts while they wait for them to grow up. But I digress.

What made this job unique was the surface we had to remove the graffiti from. While the brick around the mailboxes only needed our usual procedures, the mailboxes took a little more work.

Since the lids on the mailboxes are not designed to be watertight, using the high pressure spray from our pressure washers, around 3500 psi, would have gotten all the mail inside the boxes soaking wet.

So we did the cleaning by hand with rags and material. Even though it took a lot more time and effort, it was the only way to clean the graffiti without causing more problems. Sitting around complaining that we don’t  do that kind of work isn’t the way to take care of your customers. Sometimes, you just have to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

If you need an experienced graffiti removal service that will get the job done, give us a call.
