We got a call last week for a special RV pressure washing for St. Joseph’s Breast Care Center.
Adjusting our schedule to fit our client’s needs
Their mammography van was scheduled to be featured on television the next day for the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Unfortunately, it was out doing it’s normal rounds during the day and wouldn’t be back until late. They wanted to get it clean and shiny for the appearance on television.
We adjusted our schedule to have one of our trucks stop by St. Joseph’s Hospital early the next morning and wash their RV. It was still dark when we arrived but the lighting at the hospital was good enough to get the mammography van clean.
Pressure washing after hours
Many of the things we clean have to be done after hours. Trucks and vans have to washed when they’re not being driven. Shopping center and restaurant cleaning has to be done when they’re closed.
We’re a pressure washing service business and adjusting our daily start times to take care of our client’s needs is one of the things that keeps them coming back. If you try to make everything fit into a nine to five schedule, you’ll have a tough time getting clients.
Many of our clients have different schedules that require us to be flexible in routing our trucks and crews. And we go out of our way to accommodate them whenever possible.
