Go Ahead, We Double Dog Dare Ya!

Most of us remember the scene from A Christmas Story of a Double-Dog-Dare to put a wet tongue on frozen metal. As a pressure washing company, we have to deal with wet clothing and skin in near freezing temperatures all through the Colorado winter. We do the dare so you don’t have to!
We always play games with the weather forecast versus what really happens with the temps.
We send our crews out to pressure wash cars for many of Denver’s car dealers right around the time it hits freezing, so our guys might be pressure washing cars at 33 degrees! That’s wet hands using wet chamois to dry very near-freezing metal! And no one Double-Dog-Dared us to do it! Fortunately, our trucks have two hot-water machines so our guys can fill a bucket with hot water to keep their digits from turning totally blue.
We do our best to get to every client, but sometimes the Colorado cold keeps us from taking care of everyone that week. When we have enough hours in the day above freezing, we make up what we miss the next day. One way or another, we’re always out working as soon as the temps allow so you don’t have to risk something of yours sticking to the frozen cars.
