We were called to remove graffiti at a business in Lakewood recently.
Graffiti Blasted Into Permanent Damage
When our crew arrived, they noticed that someone else had removed a different tag. Unfortunately the other company used the wrong procedure and made it worse. While they removed the painted tag, they created a permanent tag by etching it into the brick.

Graffiti removal is not a high pressure job. If you try to blast it off, you will usually damage the underlying surface and create permanent damage.
Paint removed but etching makes it permanent
You have to use the right materials and procedures to gently loosen the paint or ink. And you have to know how to use the material correctly or you could cause damage, too. You might force the tag deeper into the sub-surface, especial if its a porous surface like brick or concrete. If that happens, it may be impossible to remove it.
Don’t let this happen to your building! Unless you know what you’re doing, you will save yourself a lot of headaches by calling a professional and letting them do it right.
