Since the garden center was open to the elements, there was no good way to prevent the birds from flying in and resting on top of the boxes stacked on the pallet rack. It is an attractive roosting place for them providing a difficult to reach spot high above the ground with some shelter from the wind and rain.
But the bird droppings were accumulating to the point where it was difficult to walk down some of the aisles without stepping in them. Not to mention there were droppings on many of the boxes.

This Home Depot Store needed us to do the cleaning at night when they didn’t have customers who could get splattered while we were cleaning. It was 26 degrees when we did this job. But we got the job done on time when our client needed it done.
